How DO Payments and refunds WORK?

All introductory calls are free of charge. Thereafter, you will receive your invoices via email, to be paid via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Currently PayPal and credit card payments are not an option for payment.

Coaching, Resume & LinkedIn packages would be subject to a 50% upfront payment and the remaining 50% upon completion of the process. Pay-as-you-go sessions would need to be paid in advance of the session. 

Refunds may be requested within seven business days of payment for a package, as long as no sessions or access to proprietary information have taken place. Refunds will be made in the form of an EFT refund within 30 days of the receipt of the cancellation notice.


But the constant pressure and personal compromises caught up with me. Once I was forced to take a break and step off the hamster wheel, I decided to design and live a life that was filled with purpose instead of stress and deadlines.
