My passion for people, their personal development, and my own pursuit of balance, has led me to this point.
With over 11 years in management, coaching and mentoring roles and 16 years of experience in digital industries, I wanted to offer my insights and guidance to women who are dreaming of a different way of working (and living!)
I am a South African-Austrian and moved from Cape Town to Vienna in 2018. I love living and playing in this beautiful city with my husband and our Welsh Terrier, Huxley, a.k.a 'The Chaos Agent'.

My Story
After reckonings with my mental and physical health, I knew I had to make big changes. I've had to summon all my courage to embrace the discomfort that inevitably comes with any risk or personal growth…
Bravery, balance and boundaries: this is the ethos that now guides my working and overall life. For years I had a very different approach: I allowed myself to be consumed by hustle culture.
Of all the successes in my career, the only thing I felt proud of were the strong relationships I had built, especially those where I had managed or coached individuals and watched them grow and thrive in their own lives.
As a workaholic and perfectionist, I managed to fast-track my career. At what expense? My relationships, health and quality of life. By going full tilt for years, I neglected taking the time to evaluate what felt like meaningful work to me.
My focus on helping women achieve meaningful career progress would be complemented by my skills and years of experience. This is the type of work that gets me up and excited in the morning!
These relationships taught me a lot about my working self and after taking dedicated time to reflect and map out my needs, the career coach path resonated with me on many levels.
